Growing up my mom use to insist that I wear this hideous orange cowl to keep my neck warm during the winter months. But I always resisted. For some reason, I love scarves but never found free standing cowls to be very cool. (On the other hand, cowl neck sweaters are totally hip!) But yesterday walking through the Pru, I did some window shopping at Free People, like I always do, and was enticed by the chunky navy blue cowl on the mannequin. So of course, now I need it. And at almost 50$, I think I'll just make it.
