I'm finally in Baltimore. Well actually I've been here since Friday, the 8th. Wow, a full week. Friday through Sunday was fun with the girls and I managed to get a lot of errands done, such as an Ikea trip, a Target trip and a supermarket run. We tried a couple of new restaurants, including Koco's (great crabcakes) and some other places that I've already been to from the other times, such as Mr. Bill's Terrance Inn. But since Sunday afternoon, I've been hanging out by myself. Monday and Tuesday were spent online shopping for things that I needed to get, such as a laptop sleeve, a bedroom rug, and contacts. Then the last two days, I bought an all day bus pass and rode around the city. On Wednesday, I headed over to Towson Marketplace and Towson Town Center. I was really really excited to find an Anthropologie store albeit it's pretty small! They also have H & M, Gap, BR and Nordstrom Rack. Then I headed downtown into Inner Harbor to find a Citibank and grab rolls of quarters to do my much needed laundry. Luckily I found a Citibank ATM about 2 blocks from my house in a 7 Eleven. That's the sort of excitement I've been having lately. Yesterday, I took another bus out to Catonsville to a Korean supermarket and bought WAY WAY WAY too much stuff. It was such a terrible ordeal getting all the stuff back to my apartment, which took about an hour. I definitely will not be doing that again. And finally, yesterday I headed back to Towson and shopped at Trader Joe's. I was really disappointed to find out that they have discontinued cashew butter in all their stores. I'm going to try the sunflower butter and see how that goes, but I'm pretty sure nothing compares to cashew butter.
