Sometimes I think "I've already wasted so much time not doing [x, y, z]...what's the point of starting now?" This mentality usually centers around exercise, or more accurately, my lack of exercise. But today as I was coming home from the gym, I realize that in one year, I have 365 chances to do that one something. And that's A LOT of times I can do something. So I'm going to stop the paralyzing thought process that says "well you haven't done it up to now; why start now?" and JUST DO IT. Wish me luck!
