Swimsuit shopping with no success...I've looked at Banana, JCrew, Gap, Old Navy, Target, Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie with absolutely nothing that piqued my interest.

But, I did see this Quilted Chemise on Anthro. Looks perfect for a chilly winter night, snuggling.

P.S. I lied. This bathing suit has potential.

Isn't this Anthropologie dress perfect for a New Year's Eve party?!

The wire umbrella in the Holiday section of the Anthropologie website is great. The dress too...I especially like the detailing on the top.

mitaines

These mittens are too cute. Read the story behind them on A Cup of Jo. They make me want to knit something, maybe even some mittens. I know I write every week about starting knitting again, but still I haven't started at all. Although yesterday night I did go on Ravelry to look up a stitch pattern. At least I'm not completely turned off from knitting, which would be a horrible shame considering all the knitting books, needles, yarn...

By the way, this outfit, or half outfit from Boden is so wonderful. What is better fall/winter material than tweed?

Great outfit from Church and State! I love the combination of the dress with the rain boots and the backdrop of the barn. And the marigold shoes in a majority of the Fall 08 photo-shoot are amazing.

Reminds me of this cowl neck, front pleat dress at ModCloth. Get more Church and State inspiration here.

Shopping splurges... (If only I was so lucky)

And this dress from Anthropologie. This is not to say I only need accessories, or that I need any of this. But it's nice to day dream once in a while and get inspired.

P.S. I got the Anthropologie dress this weekend. :)
